This is square photoelectric sensor PMF55T. It is opposed detection mode, including the emitter and receiver. The detection distance is up to 40m,and the supply voltage is 12-240V DC/AC. It is relay output with IP65 protection rating. It is widely used in industrial suspended sliding gate and retractable automatic factory doors.
