The inductance is close to the switch which is a non-touch point switch (that is, switch-type sensor). It is generally used in the highly accurate requirements for positioning, long service life, fast response speed, and convenient mechanical automatic control equipment. It is mainly used as a limit, reset, itinerary positioning, counting, automatic protection, and replacement micro switch. The inductor close to the switch sensor must be a metal object. For non-metallic objects, the inductance is close to the control without action. It has the characteristics of being waterproof, shock-proof, oil-proof, dustproof, corrosion resistance, and has strong applicability to harsh environments.

1) The power line and PL PowerLine should be kept away from the lead of the proximity switch as far as possible. If it is unavoidable, the electric metal tube should be sheathed outside and grounded to prevent the switch from being damaged or malfunctioning;
2) It is strictly forbidden to connect when power is on, and it should be connected according to the schematic diagram of the wiring output circuit;
3) It is best not to use the output lines of two proximity switches to control the same coil of the same relay, otherwise it will be impossible to identify the source of the action, and sometimes even malfunction.

Product Precautions
1) The detected object should not touch the proximity switch to avoid damage to the proximity switch due to friction and collision;
2) Pulling the lead wire of the proximity switch by hand will damage the proximity switch. During installation, it is best to fix it with a wire clip at a distance of 10 cm from the lead wire;
3) It is best to set a protective cover during installation;
4) The use distance of the switch should be set within 2/3 of the rated distance, so as not to be affected by temperature and voltage. Both temperature and voltage will affect the sensitivity of the proximity switch.
