GDC1102 is a 3D camera based on TOF principle, which is a safety sensor for industrial rapid rolling door. By detecting the size of the moving object in the detection scanning area, the distance from the sensor and the moving direction, it can judge whether there are moving objects such as pedestrians or vehicles entering the detection area, the moving object is a pedestrian or a vehicle, and whether the vehicle is driving towards the rapid rolling door. Based on above, the opening and closing of the rapid rolling door can be controlled to realize the function of distinguishing people and vehicle.
Install the sensor on the stile above the rapid rolling door, and the detection area is shown in Draw.3. Installation angle of the mounting bracket is 0-30°
ΔX: the transverse width of the detection area(The value is determined by setting the left width and the right width),
ΔY & ΔY1: the longitudinal width of the detection area (determined by setting the upper and lower width),
ΔY2: The distance from the rapid rolling door to the detection area (the distance is different with the installation height and angle of the sensor)
When the installation angles are 0 ° and 30 ° respectively, the relationship between absolute working distance △ Z (vertical installation height of the sensor from the ground - size of the blind area) and △ x (maximum horizontal distance between the left and right sides of the detection area), △ y and Δ Y1 (maximum vertical distance between the front and rear of the detection area), Δ Y2 (horizontal distance between the sensor and the detection area) is given, which can be used as a reference for installation and debugging. The actual detection area will change with the installation angle and installation height, and the actual size of the detection area can also be adjusted within the boundary reference value.
